Brett Wadford – Development Director

Brett began with the CF Foundation in January 2016. Before becoming a full time employee, Brett served as a volunteer and was recognized in 2013 as one of Charleston’s Best & Brightest, raising funds for the SC Chapter through his campaign. Brett oversees the Columbia market, managing the Great Strides walk and Kickoff for a Cure there. He also staffs Cycle for Life and Shoot for the Cure in Charleston. Brett lives in Summerville and can be reached bwadford@cff.org.

Megan Onysko – Development Director

Megan has been with the CF Foundation since September 2013. Megan manages the Great Strides walks in Charleston and Greenville. She will be in touch with Team Leaders to schedule meetings and kickoff celebrations. She is here to help you with your individual and team fundraising, and to answer any questions you may have. Megan is also the point person in South Carolina working with adults with CF. Megan lives near Charleston, but makes frequent trips throughout the year to the greater Greenville area. Emily Weichel – Logistics Specialist

Emily has been with the CF Foundation since September 2013. She supports the entire office and assists with the logistics of every single Chapter event. Emily also contacts CF patients and families throughout G reat Strides season to ensure they have everything they need. She leads the Chapter’s social media campaigns and is here to answer any questions you may have. Emily lives in Charleston and can be reached at eweichel@cff.org.

Alicia Parsons - Executive Director

Alicia has been with CF Foundation for over 7 years and worn many different hats. She has been Executive Director of the South Carolina Chapter since January 2013. She works closely with volunteers and the Board of Directors to ensure growth across the state. Alicia manages Florence Festival of Lights, a drive-through light show that takes place in Florence in December. She lives near Charleston, and travels throughout the state, advocating for CF patients, families, and the Foundation. Alicia can be reached at aparsons@cff.org.
