Who We Are

Pediatric Associates-Spartanburg offers a full range of healthcare needs for your children.  We have eight board-certified physicians, who are committed to providing skilled and compassionate care to meet all your medical needs.  From well checks to sick visits and everything in between, our goal is to offer you and your family the most current medical information and care available.  Pediatric Associates-Spartanburg has been serving Spartanburg and surrounding communities for more than 30 years, and offers 140-plus years of combined experience.

We offer convenient office hours six days a week with same-day sick appointments.  Our priority is to be accessible to you.

As part of the University Medical Group, Greenville Hospital System's Multi-Specialty Physician Group Practice, we are more closely aligned with the many specialty services of Children's Hospital including the highest level of pediatric inpatient care in the Upstate.  Children's Hospital employs many pediatric specialists in fields ranging from cardiology to urology.  Its child-friendly facilities include the state's largest neonatal ICU and a 24-hour Children's Emergency Center.

Adding a New Location - Summer 2012
Pediatric Associates-Spartanburg (Duncan Office) will be opening in the summer 2012.  The office will be located at 500 Squires Point in Duncan, SC.  For additional information, please click here.

Office Hours:

• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (Extended hours weekdays, as needed for sick children)
  
• Saturday 8:00am-11:00am (as needed for sick children)
  
• Closed Sundays

Appointment Policy: 

Please call our office during regular business hours to schedule an appointment at (864)582-8135.  We continue to welcome same day sick visits.

New Patients: 

We are currently accepting new patients.  Please call the office for details.

Practice Features

After Hours Pediatric Nurse Triage:

Should your child become sick or injured after hours, please contact our office at 864-582-8135 to speak with a pediatric nurse, who is specially trained to evaluate sick and injured children.  Depending on the situation, the nurse has several options: 1) Offer home treatment, 2) Recommend an appointment the next day, 3) Contact the physician on-call, 4) Request the child be taken to an appropriate emergency department.  We offer this after hours service to ensure constant and consistent care to our patients.

Newborn Care:

Our physicians attend newborns at Mark Black Memorial Hospital and Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System.

Specialty Care Affiliation:

We have partnered with Children's Hospital of Greenville Hospital System, so that we are closely aligned with its many pediatric specialty services including the highest level of pediatric inpatient care in the Upstate.

Comprehensive Children's Services

At Pediatric Associates-Spartanburg, we offer personalized, comprehensive, high-quality care including routine physicals, sports physicals, well-baby exams, immunizations and sick visits.

Our physicians evaluate and treat chronic issues such as ADD/ADHD, obesity, asthma, allergies, chronic ear infections, reflux and skin conditions.

Our office provides diagnostic testing such as complete blood counts, rapid RSV, strep culture, flu tests and urine testing.

We offer screening for anemia, diabetes, ADD/ADHD, developmental issues, hearing and vision.
