O. Perry Earle IV, MD, FAAP

Dr. Earle was born and raised in Greenville.  After attending The Citadel for his undergraduate degree, he spent four years active duty in the Army working in a hospital on Fort Riley in Kansas. In 2000, Dr. Earle completed medical school at The University of South Carolina. He went on to complete his residency at Greenville Hospital System in 2003 and joined GHS pediatric practice The Children’s Clinic. He is board certified Pediatrics. He is very happy to now be joining Pediatric Associates-Simpsonville. While his favorite aspect of being a pediatrician is the relationships formed with the families, Dr. Earle also enjoys the challenges involved with neonatology and newborn medicine.

Stephen E. Lookadoo Jr., MD, FAAP

Dr. Lookadoo originally hails from the coastal part of South Carolina but has lived in Simpsonville for the last 18 years with his wife and two children. He attended Furman University for undergraduate studies and the Medical University of South Carolina for medical school and residency. Since that time he has been in practice in Greenville and Simpsonville and has enjoyed getting to know the families of these areas. He is board certified Pediatrics. In his spare time he is an active part of the musical community, performing regularly with the Hosanna Brass as well as other community music groups and orchestras. He also enjoys spending time in his woodshop where he makes furniture and toys and sometimes just firewood. 

Kevin A. Springle, MD, FAAP

Dr. Springle is a native of Greenville, SC.  He received a B.S. in Psychology from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA prior to earning his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed his residency at Children’s Hospital of Greenville Health System in 2003 and is board certified in Pediatrics. After completing residency, he spent four years delivering pediatric care in Kingstree, SC as a National Health Service Corp. Scholar. He has been a physician with Christie Pediatric Group for the past nine years and now is a physician with Pediatric Associates-Simpsonville. He is excited to partner with parents in the care of their children. His special medical interests include adolescent medicine, community outreach, and newborn care.

Meghann S. Glenn, FNP

Meghann is a South Carolina native who has lived in the Greenville area for the past five years. She completed her undergraduate degree in nursing and her graduate degree in nurse practitioner studies at Clemson University. 

As a registered nurse, Meghann first worked in Africa providing medical care for over 200 orphaned children and the surrounding community. She then joined the GHS team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), caring for the smallest hospital patients for the past several years.

Meghann is passionate about the pediatric population and happy to join Pediatric Associates–Simpsonville as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She looks forward to building long-term relationships with children and their families and is specifically interested in newborn care as well as domestic and international adoption. 

Outside of the office, Meghann can be found mentoring college students, participating in foreign mission work and spending time with her puppy, Tilly.
