Girls on the Run of Greenville Health System relies on its small but dedicated staff to keep the program running. Of course, we could not do it without the support of our wonderful coaches and volunteers.
Girls on the Run Council Director
Kim started Girls on the Run at Children's Hospital of Greenville Health System (GHS) in 2006. She is also the Program Coordinator for Health Education and Massage Therapy at the Greenville Health System Life Center Health & Conditioning Club and holds an MIHS degree.
Kim has been with GHS for more than twenty years and originally moved here from Houston, Texas to open the Life Center. Outside of work, she loves outdoor activities, running, travel, and art.

Girls on the Run Program Coordinator
Originally from Vermont, Krista moved to the Upstate to attend college and play soccer at North Greenville University. She graduated in 2013 with a degree in Health & Wellness. Krista joined the Girls on the Run team as Program Coordinator in March of 2015. She is also a Wellness Trainer at the YMCA in Travelers Rest.
In her free time, Krista enjoys running, hiking, biking, kayaking and exploring the outdoors. She also loves experimenting in the kitchen, painting, and various DIY projects.

Our coaches are women from the community passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and making a difference in the lives of young girls. All coaches are volunteers of GHS, CPR/First Aid certified, and trained by GOTR staff to facilitate the program.
