The Children's Clinic

The staff at The Children’s Clinic is dedicated to providing the best care for your child. For more than 50 years, The Children’s Clinic has served area children, caring for generations of patients in our community. We’re pleased to continue building lifelong relationships with our families as we grow.

Our goal is to provide the most up-to-date, comprehensive and advanced medical care for our patients while emphasizing personalized, family-centered care. In the face of a changing medical environment, we continue to enhance our methods to better serve you.

We are privileged and blessed to share in the excitement of parenting with many great families.

Practice Features:

Flexible Scheduling. We realize that children can become sick or injured at any time. That's why The Children's Clinic offers flexible scheduling from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday at our three locations in Greenville, Greer and Simpsonville. In addition, our Greenville office has emergency sick visits on Saturdays from 8:30am to noon. Our doctors are available after hours for emergencies.

On-site laboratory. All three locations have an on-site laboratory. This convenience allows the physicians to make an accurate diagnosis and determine the best course for your child, as soon as possible.

Team Approach to Care. At The Children’s Clinic, your family will benefit from 10 providers and many experienced nurses working in collaboration. Our physicians are board-certified and have expertise in many areas, including newborn care, preventive medicine, developmental pediatrics, and management of acute and chronic illnesses. With combined physician experience of more than 100 years, you can be assured that your child is getting the best care available.

Personalized Attention. Our objective is to work with you to provide comprehensive, personalized medical care to your child. That's why we formed a practice with a diverse team of pediatricians. You may have a preference in terms of the sex of your physician, his or her number of years in practice, work style and medical interests. The Children's Clinic encourages you to build a relationship with your pediatrician and wants you to choose the doctor, who best meets your family's unique needs.

Affiliation with Children's Hospital of Greenville Health System (GHS). In a constantly changing medical environment, we are grateful to have a partnership with GHS. This partnership offers our physicians preferred access to pediatric subspecialists, emergency services, and state-of-the-art diagnostic procedures and treatments. If your child needs specialized care, this affiliation allows us to work as a team to provide the highest quality, most advanced care.

We use the same electronic medical records, radiology systems and treatment protocols as GHS pediatric subspecialists, ensuring excellent communication and quality of care. Being a part of GHS also provides us with a strong working relationship with GHS Children’s Hospital, the Upstate’s only comprehensive hospital program dedicated exclusively to children.

Our affiliation with GHS allows The Children’s Clinic to ensure we will continue to provide the most advanced and patient-friendly services and treatments. You can know that your child is receiving the best care possible.

Prenatal Conferences.  Once a month, we offer a complimentary prenatal conference for prospective parents.  We discuss our practice, newborn issues and what to expect in the hospital and during the postpartum period.  A question-and-answer session follows.

Touchpoints.  We are the only pediatricians in town, who have been involved in Dr. T. Berry Brazelton's Touchpoints program to optimize infant development and strengthen families through anticipatory guidance and building coalitions between caregivers and families.
