Immunization Change for 2013-2014 School Year
SC DHEC recently made the following change to the
immunization requirements for the upcoming school year:
One dose of Tdap vaccine (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis)
to be administered on or after the 7th birthday.
This will be required for all 7th graders.

This exam measures physical and emotional growth, evaluates for risks or signs of disease, and checks that important teen/pre-teen immunizations are current. Because at Carolina Pediatrics, we are committed to assuring that your child maintains optimum health, we cannot provide “just the vaccine” if your child has not had a physical within the past year.

Carolina Pediatrics of Greenville, conveniently located on Patewood Medical Campus of Greenville Health System (GHS), is an all-female physician practice featuring extended office hours and same-day appointments for sick children. These caring and committed physicians completed their residency programs at GHS Children's Hospital and have a thorough knowledge of the Greenville medical community and the many resources available for your children.

Extended office hours, including weekend appointments: Monday-Friday: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m., and Saturday: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Same-day appointments for sick children
GHS Children's Hospital subspecialists located in the same building
Pharmacy, lab and radiology located in the same building
